This autumn woodland setting is from one of the places I used to frequent on my hikes on Black Mt. in Siskiyou County, California. I love the twisted shapes and contortions of the Oregon White Oaks contrasted with the amber tones of leaves and the robust horses. This is a classic California woodland horse scene.
